When Dr. Sina McCullough (my co-author on BEYOND LABELS) and I conspired to bring together a group of unorthodox medical professionals for a gathering here at the farm two weekends ago, I had no idea the breadth, depth, and caliber of information we'd get. It sold out and many folks wanted to know if we would capture it on video.

Last Saturday we had our first of 7 POLYFACE GATHERINGS hosting HOLISTIC HILDA. By all counts, it was a smashing success. One of the speakers, Dr. Devin Vrana, who is both a chiropractor and an acupuncturist, had a wonderful 7-point recipe for thriving in unsettled times. I took notes.

I do several guest podcasts each week and most interviews are fairly standard. The questions and of course my answers are almost routine. But usually each one has at least one oddball question that catches me a bit off guard and requires some new soul searching to find an answer.

An interesting fellow drove into the farm last week and caught me as I was coming back from moving the cows. He was a real estate developer working for a solar farm outfit.

Who we choose to associate with is one of our best insurance policies.

In October, 2017, the Johns Hopkins Center for Health Security issued a report titled POSSIBLE FUTURE IN 2025. The 70-page report assumed a pandemic and how health professionals would respond to various nuances of the outbreak.

I've befriended inmates all my life. I'm not a fan of prisons; they do not accomplish anything positive. That doesn't mean I'm soft on punishment; it just means I don't see any efficacy in the current American prison system. That's a topic for another day.

I toyed with the humor of calling this TWO DAYS OF MISINFORMATION but thought that might be too bold, so I went with TWO DAYS OF TRUTH. The two kind of go hand-in-hand these days.
